Thank you for this gorgeous feedback.

As for AS & Intelij Idea - it might be obvious for people who had a chance to use both of them.

"As a junior, you don't have to own any software, the whole point of being a junior is that you need to learn a lot."

— it sounds like a junior is a super-dumb kid that knows nothing about IT and the company will teach him how to use a laptop, how to connect to wifi, how to install software, and so on. Of course not! Junior should have a minimal pack of knowledge.

Junior is about infinity learning, of course, but this learning is based on a big knowledge he got before.

"You will probably not design a lot, so why even bother learning to work with design tools?"

— nobody says you should be a kung fu master in Figma.

But as a junior, you have to know minimal things such as:

- how to import a project

- how to navigate between features

- how to export a needed image in a needed format

- how to select multi-layer images in a group and so on.

being a junior implies that you know that.

“You will probably use the design tools the design team in your company is using.“

— Yes, this is obvious. That’s why I mention Figma & Zeplin. To cover more likely software.

“It sounds a bit that you expect people to be good at Slack, like is that even a skill?”

— No, I don’t. I mention Slack to give people knowledge where, with the big chance, they will chat with the team.

The idea to include GIT is cool, I’ll think about it.

In general, would be good if this article might help someone to find something new, something awesome for themselves.

Thanks for your comment.
